该项目针对掘支工序不能并行、装备不能一体化作业、人-机-环难以协调三大影响安全快速掘进的难题,首创了掘支运一体化智能快速掘进作业线,创造了月进尺3088m的世界纪录。项目创立了时间—空间多维同步快速掘进理论,开发了掘支运并行作业新工艺;研制成功世界首套掘支运一体化快速掘进成套装备,首创了智能掘进作业线;开发出少人化智能掘进协同控制系统,开创了人机高效协同智能掘进新模式。成功缔造了稳定围岩条件2000m级智能掘进、中等稳定围岩1000m级智能掘进、复杂围岩600m级智能掘进、半煤岩400m级智能掘进等100余套的成功应用案例。相比传统掘进,掘进速度提高2~3倍,极大缓解采掘失衡;人员减少60%,累计减少井下危险岗位作业人员近万人。成果引领了煤矿掘进技术装备发展方向,支撑了煤炭资源稳定供应。

THE COAL MINE DRIVING EQUIPMENT WITH CAPABILITIES FOR TUNNELING, BOLTING AND CONVEYING IS THE WORLD'S FASTEST COAL MINE DRIVING EQUIPMENT WITH CAPABILITIES FOR TUNNELING, BOLTING AND CONVEYING (3088 M/MONTH).

    This project addresses three major challenges that affect safe and rapid excavation: the inability to parallelize excavation and support processes, the inability to integrate equipment operations, and the difficulty in coordinating human machine environment. It has pioneered an intelligent and fast excavation operation line that integrates excavation, support, and transportation, setting a world record for a monthly footage of 3088m. The project established the theory of multi-dimensional synchronous rapid excavation in time and space, and developed a new technology for parallel excavation, support, and transportation operations; Successfully developed the world's first integrated rapid excavation equipment for excavation, support, and transportation, and pioneered an intelligent excavation operation line; Developed a unmanned intelligent excavation collaborative control system, pioneering a new mode of efficient human-machine collaborative intelligent excavation. We have successfully created over 100 sets of successful application cases, including intelligent excavation of stable surrounding rock conditions at 2000m level, intelligent excavation of medium stable surrounding rock at 1000m level, intelligent excavation of complex surrounding rock at 600m level, and intelligent excavation of semi coal rock at 400m level. Compared to traditional excavation, the excavation speed is increased by 2-3 times, greatly alleviating mining imbalance; The number of personnel has decreased by 60%, resulting in a cumulative reduction of nearly 10000 personnel working in hazardous underground positions. The achievements have led the development direction of coal mining excavation technology and equipment, and supported the stable supply of coal resources.
